Firefox not updating [Moved to email]

I've made lots of changes in my logins and I'm not seeing them in my Firefox extension. I checked and it hasn't updated since 1/20/15. I might have changed the user account around that time. Is that something that will interfere with the updates? Please advise how to fix.

TIA,
David

BTW, the Safari and Chrome extensions are current so they're obviously updating properly.

That does sound slightly odd to me. The FF 1P extension and 1P mini (which you can launch by pressing ⌥⌘\) are effectively one and the same thing (a front end to the same database). If you launch 1P mini I assume your logins do show: is that right? If so, I think I'd try uninstalling the 1P FF extension, quitting and re-starting FF then re-installing the FF 1P extension and see if that helps at all.

If you mean the menu bar element, no, it's also out of date. I removed the FF extension and re-started but now I can't seem to find the extension here. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?atype=1&q=1password&platform=Darwin&appver=31.4.0&page=&cat=12

Anyway, I found it elsewhere, re-installed it but it's still not current.

Please load the up to date FF 1P extension by going to 1P > Install Browser Extensions...

I'm assuming you're using 1P4 or 1P5 (although you haven't said). If you're still having problems please confirm your 1P version number and your OS X version number.

    Hi David ( @drschwartz ),

It sounds to me like you might have multiple copies of 1Password installed on your computer. Let's take a closer look at your system to figure out where things are getting tangled up. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:
    https://guides.agilebits.com/kb/1password4/en/topic/diagnostics-report#mac4

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

oh my gosh...I sent the report in and stated in the email that it seemed to be working now. I think went back to FF and now it's not? Crazy.

    Hi @drschwartz,

We've received your Diagnostics Report - thanks for sending it in! I've updated the email thread with the necessary details from this forum discussion so that it is easier for our support team to get up to speed with the issue. The Diagnostics Report should give us a better idea of where things are getting tangled up.

Someone from the support team will get back to you as soon as possible with some further information. We'll keep the conversation going directly via email to avoid complicating things between here and there. :)
