Unable to Change old email address to get update serial number for 1password.
I'm sure this had been done in the past but I just paid and downloaded Ver 5.1 but I haven't got the serial number update email. It may be going to my old email address. Could you check your records for updates under my name and send me the info to get my 1Password to working correctly again? My old address was [email deleted].

Note that the update from 1P3 to 1P4/1P5 was not free so you will have had to pay for that if you upgraded. If you did buy 1P5 from AgileBits you should have received a licence file, as opposed to a licence number.
If you definitely bought 1P5 from the AgileBits store (as opposed to the Mac App Store) send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address;
- the approximate date you bought 1P;
- the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two.

I'm sorry for the trouble here. I did take a quick look in our back office records using the email address attached to your forum account, and I did not find any license information. If you follow Stephen_C's directions above, we'll get things sorted out for you!
