Installation Problem & Fear Loss of Info Entered

Hi All,
My apologies! I submitted the statement below in the "Lounge" and still not sure were to go to get needed support. Any suggestions or clarification on how to seek support is welcomed.

Hi Support Person,

We purchased update to 1Password 5 off Mac in January. We had not previously installed 1Password and waited until we had installed OS10.10.2 then installed 1Password 5 for Mac.
After loading a lot of information we were trying in preferences to sync to iCloud and received message that we had 3 days to purchase. This seems to indicate a problem with our installation but don't know how to fix and certainly don't want to lose all information entered. Your help will be very much appreciated. Peace, Paul

    @paulkelly - I just posted an answer for you in the Lounge where you posted first. It's best to avoid multiple posts on the same issue. And this post is now in the iOS section, but you are discussing an issue with a Mac installation.

    I'm going to close this thread and leave this link to your original post, after I move it to the Mac forum. You'll get the best help there.
