App Crashed advising to reinstall, but not available as prior purchase in the app store

I was advised by the app that it was having a problem and needed to be reinstalled. After deleting it, I went to the App Store to reinstall, but it was not available as a prior purchase. What should I do?

    Hi guys, me too. I up-dated the app but now it won't start (MacBook Pro, Mac OS 10.10.2 ). Visited the app store and your site and can't see anywhere to download without re-purchase  ๏̯͡๏

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. I've located (both of) your license details in our back office records using the email address attached to your forum accounts. I've re-sent those license details to you, just in case you need them. Since you purchased from us, you won't be able to install from the Mac App Store. Please snag a fresh copy from our downloads page. If you have any issues reinstalling, please let us know!
