Unable to Delete Problem Report for 1Password5 Window

I am unable to close the pop up window that asks if one wants to report a problem such as an expected quit. Ironically the only problem I now have is not the quit issue but being unable to get the window to close. Whether I cancel the message or send the message to report the problem the window stays open

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. That is an odd and likely annoying little glitch indeed.

    Could you also let me know the version number of 1Password that you're using (in the 1Password > About 1Password menu).

    The other possibility is that the application is crashing over and over again. It seems log I stay logged in but it does seem to be acting erratically. Sometimes the logins or secure notes, etc. are greyed out. I then find if I log off an log back in everything is fine. That said the screen shot of the window I just sent you will not go away. And as you will see it has information I entered so it is not as though it is a new window each time. It is the same one not going away.

    I forgot to advise you that I am using version 5.1

    I did purchase the app from the apple app store. Would it be advisable for me to delete it and add it back? I also have it on my iPhone and iPad.

    Mysteriously the window is now gone so I guess my issue is resolved.

    Well I'm unsure as to why the cancel button would be greyed out but at least the issue has resolved itself @cohenr99

    Just in case it returns we will leave this thread open so please do let us know.
