its asking for my license, i bought one years ago, but it can't find a license assoc w my email

i just updated my 1password on my mac which i have bee using for years. and now it wants me to "buy or add a license" i own it. i cant find my license number, its been years. and your system cant locate my license by my email address. i also tried in versoin
so
please figure it out and send me my license.
its enough money to be significant, i am not going to pay again to be done with it, but its not so much that i want to spend a lot of time figuring it out, please solve asap.

    You'll need to supply some additional information before the AgileBits folks can help you. I would suggest that you send your request to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Include the email address you think you used, your full name as you supplied it when you bought your license, and the address you gave. They will use that information to locate your license and resend it to you.

    You say you've used 1Password for years. If your new machine is running on Yosemite, it is possible that an old version won't run on the new OS. If that is your case, you'll also get information about how to get an upgrade at a discounted price.
