Wifi Sync - Empty Attachment

Hi,

syncing the latest Mac version with the latest IOS Version via Wifi ends with all attachment listed but empty (eg.jpg)

    The Attachments are still ok on the mac! There are only empty titles on IOS

    I'm sorry to hear about this difficulty you are having with attachments. Could you please tell me:

    • What version of 1Password you have on your Mac
    • What version of OS X you have on your Mac
    • What version of 1Password you have on your iOS device
    • What version of iOS you have on your iOS device
    • What iOS device (and generation) you have

    Also: Have you switched to "opvault"? If you don't know what I'm talking about, no worries. :)

    Hi!

    -) 1P 5.1 on the Mac
    -) Yosemite 10.10.2 on the Mac
    -) 1P 5.2 on the iOS Devices
    -) iOS 8.1.2 on the Iphone and iOS 8.1.3 on the Ipad
    -) Iphone 5s and Ipad Mini

    Never heard about "opvault" ;-)

    Thanks, @Kirchstetten. I checked our bug tracker and I don't see any WiFi sync issues relating to attachments that weren't resolved by v5.2 for iOS and v5.1 for Mac, so let's dig a little deeper.

    Please create a Diagnostics Report from your devices:

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    A short note here with your ticket ID once you've sent the reports in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

    I just deleted the iOS apps and installed them again.
    Now Sync is fine!

    Thanks for the update @Kirchstetten! Glad to hear that resolved the issue for you. Opvault is the next generation of the 1Password data format (replacement for Agile Keychain) that some of our beta testers are using. We don't typically recommend it, yet, as there are still a few caveats with it.
