1Password Pro features not working

A month or so ago, the 1password Pro was free for Iphones and I downloaded it and really like the program. It appears I only have the free version and the pro did not unlock. I even tried purchasing the pro for $9.99 and it will not let me purchase. I really want the pro features with more categories. I tried uninstalling the software and even re-signing in with my iTunes account with no luck. What can I do?

    Hi @oreboot,

    To make sure I understand: It sounds like you downloaded 1Password 5 for iOS (which is a free download and offers free basic features), and you're having trouble buying the Pro Features via in-app purchase. Is that correct? If so, can you please describe exactly what happens when you try to do that? If you get any error messages, what do they say? The more details you can give about what happens, the better. Thanks!

    I was not aware that the Pro feature were ever made available for free. Is there a chance that you downloaded the free version, which allows unlimited use of the basic features, but never paid to unlock the Pro features through an in-app purchase?

    If the Pro features were available for free and I missed that news, then never mind!

    They've always been free to folks who had previously purchased 1Password 4 for iOS. Beyond that, I'm not aware of a time where they've been free.

    I read yahoo every week they list paid apps that are briefly for free and the pro version was free a few weeks ago. I downloaded it and it was the basic free version. Well that's okay and I do not mind paying for the Pro version. When I click on the button in the app to buy, I use my touch ID and it does nothing.

    If so, I'm sure Yahoo was mistaken. But I'm glad you're all set. I hope you'll enjoy using as much as most of us around here do.

    @hawkmoth, FYI, I could be mistaken, but I seem to remember some websites noticing 1Password 5 was free, but didn't notice that there were paid pro features in app, so mistakenly reported 1Password Pro as going free.

    @hayesk - that sounds quite plausible to me, and likely how Yahoo was misled.
