Refund?
Hi. I purchased 1Password about a week ago and I'd like to get a refund. Please, don't implement right away as I need to get all my passwords copied, etc. But, is this possible to take effect by Monday? Thanks

If you bought your license from the AgileBits web store, they will indeed issue a refund, if you made your buy within their 30 day money back window. Last week clearly is within that window. If that's where you made your transaction, send your request for a refund to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Include the email address you used for your purchase, your name as you gave it then, and the address you provided. Add a link to this thread.
If you instead bought your license from the Mac App Store, you will have to take up your request for a refund with Apple. Apple does not provide developers with any information about who has purchased applications from them, and AgileBits can't issue a refund from the Mac App Store.

Hi @sullyblime,
The information fro hawkmoth is correct, and I just wanted to add that if your purchase was from the Mac App Store, you can click the Report a Problem link in the email receipt you received from Apple and request the refund from them.
Refunding your purchase won't remove any 1Password data from your Mac. You'll need to do that yourself, but make sure you copy your important data somewhere else first (preferably to another password manager, and not to an insecure location like a text file or spreadsheet).
Out of curiosity, is there any specific reason you'd like to refund your purchase? Is there anything we can do to help you? Refund requests are often the result of something not working correctly or being misconfigured, so we'd love the chance to help you with that. If you have any questions or need some assistance with 1Password, we're here for you! :)
