1Password Master password not syncing on iPad.
I have a client with an iPhone 6+ and an iPad Air 2. 1Password was set up, and works on the iPhone (with iCloud syncing), but when we try and use the password on the iPad, it will not let us log in...Please advise...

Please confirm the version numbers of 1P used on both the iPhone and the iPad (go to the 1P Settings screen and look towards the bottom for the version number)—and also the iOS version numbers used on both.
I'm assuming both devices are logged in to iCloud using the same Apple ID (iCloud sync doesn't work between different Apple IDs, of course).

As Stephen_C mentions above, knowing the version numbers that we're working with here will help a lot. I'd also like a bit more information about what does happen when you use 1Password on the iPad. It sounds like you have it set up already - are you seeing an error message or is 1Password not accepting the Master Password? The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to get this sorted out. :)
