Trial Expired: No license file to choose
My 1Password 5 for Mac says Trial Expired. I clicked on "License..." and then "Add License..." and it wants me to then attached a file from my computer. Where is this file???
Side note: It sucks that there is no phone number or email address to contact some directly!!!

Hi @WendyK,
I'm sorry for any confusion about the "Trial Expired" message you're seeing. We have information about that in this post.
I tried searching our system for the email address associated with your forum account but couldn't find any licenses for you. If you purchased a license for 1Password for Mac from our web store with a different email address, you can have your license resent to you from the "I've lost my license" section of this site.
Or is it possible you purchased 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store? In that case, you'll need to reinstall it from the Mac App Store. Just launch the Mac App Store, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase, and reinstall 1Password from the Purchases section.
I hope this helps, but if you're still having trouble with that, please let us know!

Hi - I am having the same problem having recently updated to Yosemite. I have tried submitting the various email addresses I might have used when purchasing the software sometime after 11/2013 but I am not having any luck. Is there anyway you can lookup my license by First and Last name?

@essans if you're absolutely certain you bought 1P4 or 1P5 direct from the AgileBits store (as opposed to from the Mac App Store) send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address when you purchased 1P;
- the approximate date you bought 1P;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and sort the problem for you.

Hi @essans,
As Stephen_C has said, if you post the ticket ID here it will help us in not just in alerting us to your response but it also is a great way to locate your email amongst the many we receive on a daily basis.

I entered my email on the resend site and was sent the program again, but no license file. Suggestions?

Hi @WendyK,
In the license email you received, which version(s) of 1Password does it show? If it has license information for 1Password 5, then it should also have a link you can click the download & add your license file.
On the other hand, if it only shows license information for 1Password 3, it sounds like you haven't purchased an upgrade to version 4 or 5. If you'd like to upgrade, you can visit our upgrade site and then enter your license code for version 3 to see your upgrade options and pricing.
Or if you believe you purchased a license for 1Password 4/5 from our web store, please email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and include your name as well as the email address you would have used to make that purchase, and we'll try searching for it in our system. Thanks!
