Can't open 1Password

Hi,
I can’t open 1pasword5 because of following reasons. I have all available updates for OS X. I also use 1password5 for iPhone. I’m afraid of data. I’m using dropbox syncing.
First thing I wanted to do was deleting and installing the supplication again but I had downloaded 1password not from App Store so is more difficult.
Please Help.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're unable to open 1Password after updating! First of all, please don't be afraid of data loss. 1Password makes frequent backups, and since you also have your data stored in Dropbox, you are well-protected.
The first thing we need to do here is take a closer look at your system. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

Thank you for your diagnostic reports.
- Drag the 1Password application from your
/Applications/
folder to the Trash. - Reboot your Mac.
- Download 1Password again from the same place you purchased it. So via Apple's App Store application if you're a MAS user and from our AgileBits Download page if you're a Agile Web Store (AWS) customer.
That should resolve the issue and our devs feel they have a handle on why this is happening.
