Which version did you buy?
If you bought your license from the AgileBits web store within the last 30 days, you can request and receive a refund by sending email to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Include the email address you used when you bought your license, your name as you gave it, and the full address you used. You will receive an automated reply that includes a case number. You could speed things up if you return to this thread and post the case number here to help the AgileBits folks connect your case.
If you bought from Apple's Mac App Store, you'll need to request a refund from Apple. AgileBits doesn't get any information about who buys from Apple. There should be instructions for reporting a problem in your Apple receipt. That's how to start.
