iCloud Sync w/Spouse

I have a Mac + 2 iphones
I have the latest standard App Store OSX and iOS 1Password versions

I sync my 1Password data via iCloud. I sync my wife's phone to my 1Password data via the Wifi Server in 1P 5.1. This is inconvient and not user friendly. What I would like to do is have my wife's phone sync to my iCloud account. Is this possible? If no, why not? (btw, I don't want to use Dropbox and I don't want to share a common AppleID with my wife)

Sadly it is not possible give the constraints you wish 1Password to work with. iCloud does not allow sharing of data sets (vaults) between users. If Apple ever allows sharing of vaults, I can say that 1Password will be all over it, based upon staff replies in the forums. When your data is synced it is specifically segmented to only allow access from your logged in iCloud ID. The segmentation is not something that 1Password does on its own. 1Password just uses the framework that Apple allows its developers to use.

Currently Wifi sync allows this for those individuals not wanting to use Dropbox. Dropbox is the only other method that will allow sharing of vaults.
