1Password not working!
Dear all,
Well, suddenly is my 1Password app not working anymore. I cant get access to my data inside. Once i tap on the app icon, the app screen shows and the key slot icon moves to up and then nothing happens. I dont get the other screen of typing the code or touching id option.
I have the latest iPhone 6 ios version 8.1.3 and the latest 1password update from 26-01-15 version 5.2.
It will be a big problem for me is this app will never start because i saved everything there with no other backups. Thats why i need your help here.

A couple of questions.
- Is it the iPhone 6 or 6 Plus that you have?
- Have you tried rebooting your iPhone? If you normally use Touch ID then rebooting the iPhone will force the entering of your Master Password.
Question 2 is because we have another similar thread and I want to see if it's the same issue or not. Your description of the screen certainly sounds similar and what the other person determined is the issue is specifically with Touch ID. We're still investigating.

I see this once in awhile too on my iPhone 6. Force quitting the application takes care of the issue - until it happens again. I don't have to restart my device.
I've been trying to figure out a reliable method to make it happen, so I can pass that on to the bug squashers.

That's a bit crappy @hawkmoth, hopefully we can figure out what is going on. I'm feeling a little extra lucky then as Touch ID has been relatively flawless for me so far (touch wood).

Sorry for my late replay, i was waiting for an e-mail notifications but nothing came in. I do have a iPhone 6. Your advice of switching the mobile off and on solved my problem. app kill didn't help it. I would like to thank you and I hope there will be a bug fix soon since this is not really a solution but many many thanks to you.0
