Secure Note content is duplicated [Known issue: fix version coming soon]

Looking around on this forum I found that several customers had and still have the "Note content duplicated" bug.
I found post requesting support for such a problem dating back to March 24th (https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/22413/notes-content-duplicated-on-os-x-ios-sync-via-wi-fi-investigating)
This is unacceptable for a very expensive app. I'm seriously thinking of sopping migration to 1Password an of going back to MiniKeePass which is free, multi-platform, easy to use and stable. Returning MiniKeePass I'll ask refund the amount paid for 1Password.

Just to be more explicit: every time I edit the note field the note content is duplicated an when I press enter key the cursor move to the bottom of the note. This is impossible to use.

I think I'm a patient person but patience has a limit. The fact that this problem has not been solved only shows that customer issues are not taken into account. I'm a programmer and therefore I speak knowledgeably.

Data of my phone: iPhone 5 - 60 GB - iOS 8.1.3 (the last update)
Synchronization: through Dropbox

    Hi @mosca,

    My understanding is this may be resolved in the latest beta. I'm unsure of the timeline but it will hopefully be in a stable version soon.

    "You are unsure of the timeline but"...nonsense. I'm sure you're motivated by good intentions but this an objective issue. The scrolling and the editing of the note field (it is a common and banal test field) must be performed easily in a friendly way. Imagine having to write a text document, and that the word processor you are using and you trust on behaves like the notes field of 1Password. Moreover, imagine having chosen 1Password as the app to migrate to from another app. What would you think about your choice? I'm sure you'll be frustrated and doubtful you made the right choice. Am I wrong?
    In my opinion - I'm sure I'm right as I'm a software programmer- an application is as good as it has no bugs at the level of basic functionality.

    Said that, and since even the support of 1Password has no idea if and when the issue will be solved, I ask for the refund procedure. Could you show me the right way to ask for the refund?

    Without a doubt I'ma a very dissatisfied customer that doesn't want to waste any more time.

    Yes, of course—and perhaps then you will be just a little more grateful for the support offered on a Sunday. :)

    Your refund is for the purchase of the pro features on the App Store. That store is completely controlled by Apple so please direct your request for a refund to Apple. AgileBits has no control over the App Store or refunds made there. I'm a little surprised that as "a programmer" you don't know that already.

    By the way, I do not work for AgileBits so the rather curt tone of this reply is entirely my responsibility—prompted by the general presumptuous tone of your own posts.

    I didn't request a refund before as apps I installed in my iPhone are working well. Over apple It's really unusual that an app has such a bug. The worst thing is that this bug has been reported months ago and it has not yet been solved.
    Yes I purchased the pro version of 1Password.
    Sorry for my tone but I'm really tired of waiting and spend time unnecessarily.

    It's now Monday and I've been able to chat to the devs. I believe this bug fix has made 1Password 5.2.1 for iOS and is currently in review. All going well I hope this bug will be resolved for all of our users soon. If the fix was still in just in the beta then I wouldn't have been able to offer a timeline. I'm sure many are looking forward to this bug being eliminated though :smile: I hope you will download 5.2.1 and see what you think.
