multi-page login

I have followed every step from the tutorial and still not able to save the multi-page log-in website. Any word do wisdom?

What exactly isn't working for you? Is part of the saved login not auto-filing correctly? Please let us know a few more details.

Also, please share the URL of the login page you're having trouble with.

Yes. It is the guide I was following. I have not been successful with all my multi-page login.
After I went through the two steps (saved login & updated existing login) and successfully got into the website, I logout. Then I tried login using 1Password, I received an `error' message saying that the account number was incorrect.
The URL of one of the login page I tried is :https://online.cambrian.mb.ca/achievaretail/

Hi @drdancheng,

Thank you for the additional details! It sounds like you followed the steps to create a single Login item containing both your account number and the information it asks you for on the 2nd page of the login process.

For sites where that doesn't work, you'll need to create a separate Login item for each page - in other words, create one Login item for the first page that asks for your account number, then create a separate Login item for the next page that asks for your password. This is described in further details at the bottom of the Creating a multi-page Login article (look for the section called "What to do if a multi-page Login doesn’t work").

Hi Drew: Thanks. It works on my iMac when I creates two consecutive login pages use them in sequence. But, it does not work on my iPhone. I tapped on URL and filled in the username. When it moved to second page for password and tapped on the URL of the second login page. Dialogue box shows saying that I have entered a wrong account number. ?

I have another question: I bought Mac/PC bundle. I have two PC, one at home and one at the office. Can I download the program on both computers and use Dropbox to sync the data? I like to know before I start working on that. Thanks.

I can happily confirm that you are licensed for both your home and work machines.

So just to clearly understand your issue with the multi-page login.

The two Login items correctly work on your Mac.

When you are on your iPad the first Login item successfully works and you manage to reach the second screen, so your account number has been accurately submitted. Yet when you submit the second login page it complains that your account number, the item you entered on the first page and have already verified is now wrong?

Can I ask, do the URLs on these two Login items differ?

Sadly the most tricky sites to work with are almost always financial sites of some kind. They tend to be the most hostile I've found to password managers in general.
