Hi @opks,
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble here. Let's start with a few details:
- What is the version number of 1Password you're currently using?
- What version is your operating system?
- Which browser are you using (providing the version number here can help as well.)
Once we know a bit more about your 1Password setup, we'll be better able to diagnose the issue. :)

Hi @opks,
Chrome for iOS does not yet officially support 1Password. You may have better results with Safari and the official 1Password extension there:
Thanks.

I think in that case you are confusing terms a bit. iOS is the operating system that runs on iPhones and iPads. It does not run on Macs. Macs run OS X.
Chrome and Safari are web browsers. 1Password works with both on Mac OS X, but only works with Safari on iOS (iPhone/iPad).
Since we've narrowed this down to an issue on Mac, I'm going to move this thread to the 1Password for Mac forum where we can troubleshoot further.
I do note that we have a bug filed regarding filling on Fidelity. I've added your case to that bug for our developers to review.
Thanks!

I'm having the same problem with Fidelity. I'm running Yosemite with iPassword5. The login works only if you type in the ID and password manually. It doesn't even work when you copy and paste the ID and password from 1Password.

Hi @Easepod,
There does seem to be a few odd things going on with that site. Can I just ask though, have you confirmed that 1Password has stored the correct ID and password? I ask because supposedly one thing the site does is switch your username for asterisks and when 1Password tries to save the login credentials all it can see are the asterisks because of what the site is doing.
I certainly won't say that will resolve everything though as we do need to work on compatibility with this site.

Hi, I was having the same issue with fidelity. I had confirmed that the password stored in 1password is the correct password. The auto login did not function - 1password submits the info to fidelity, but fidelity returns an error message. The only way to login was to return to the login page, manually enter my userid, and then click 1password, copy the password, paste the password, click submit, and i'm logged in.
I've looked harder at my fidelity 1password login record, and have discovered that the first 4 digits of my username were stored in 1password as "*****" So it looked like fidelity as a security precaution was altering what was displayed when logging in, and 1password stored that obfuscation. I updated my 1password login to the correct username, and voila! Auto login is working correctly with fidelity for me.
