Do you mean 1Password is asking you to add your license file? Is it giving you a Trial Expired message?
I tried searching our system for the email address associated with your forum account but couldn't find any licenses for you. From your message, it sounds like it might be listed under an email address that you no longer have access to? If so, please email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com to let us know you need to update your email address, and include your name, old email address, and new email address.

Also, did you ever buy 1PW4? I ask because license NUMBERS were used for 1PW3, and in 1PW4 this was changed to a license file.

I think there might be a misunderstanding here - if you've already purchased a license for 1Password 4 or 5 for Mac, you don't need to purchase it again. We just need to find your license information in our system so we can resend it to you. That's why I asked you to send us an email with information we can use to find your license.
Did you email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com about this? If so, and if you received an automatic response with a ticket number, you can post that ticket ID here so we can track it down to make sure you receive a response as soon as possible.
By the way, 1Password 5 for Mac is also in French. If it isn't appearing in French, please let us know and we'll be happy to help you with that as well. Thanks! :)
