upgrade
I upgraded to the latest version of 1Password for Mac. Shopping cart said 24.99 but I was billed 34.99. Since you have no number to call, how can this be resolved?

I'm going to recommend that you ask staff to change your forum name to something other than your email address. Unless you love spam, you won't want to have it posted in a public forum like that.
I'm sure that you will hear from someone at AgileBits about your price issue soon.

It looks like you purchased a Family license upgrade (which was indeed $34.99) but I'm not entirely sure how you managed that since we did away with family licenses some time ago. As such I've issued a refund. You should be all set now. If you have trouble with the new license, please let us know.
FYI, our new licensing scheme treats all 1Password 5 for Mac licenses like the old Family licenses used to work:
If you have a minute I'd appreciate it if you could walk me through what you did to purchase to see if perhaps we have a bug in our store that is still allowing folks to purchase Family licenses, and at the $34.99 price...
