doesn't sync full between 1pass 5.2 on iOS 8.1.3 and 1pass 4.4.3 on OS X 10.9.5

Hi,
I'm using 1 Password (5.2) on my iPhone 6 running 8.1.3 and MacBook Pro running OS X 10.9.5 (1 Password 4.4.3). Both bought from Agilebits not Mac Apple Store.

Both devices set up for syncing through Dropbox to the same file. MacBook on 4.4.3. shows 300 records and iPhone on 5.2 shows 285 records.
How to get both devices sync full?

    Hi @blackizcool ,

    First, let's see if they're syncing at all. Choose an item that is on both devices. Then, make a change to that item on your Mac (add something to the notes field, for example), and see if it shows up on your iPhone.

    Then make a change on your iPhone, and see if it shows up on your Mac.
    If the changes don't sync across the devices, one of the devices is probably not syncing at all. To figure out which one, try this:
    1. Make a change to an item on your Mac and save.
    2. Go to the Dropbox icon in the menu bar and click it. It lists the recently changed files there. See if there is a file that has changed in the past few seconds. If not, it sounds like your Mac is not syncing.
    3. If it is, try making a change on your iPhone. Then, in a few seconds, go back to your Mac and check the DropBox menu again. It should have a file that was recently changed.

    If you've determined which device is not syncing, we can try resetting sync.
    1. First, make a 1Password backup on your Mac (in the Preferences under Backups)
    2. Do the same for your iPhone (in Settings > Advanced)
    3. If it's the iPhone that isn't syncing, go to Settings > Sync and turn off DropBox sync, and turn it back on again.
    4. If it's the Mac that isn't syncing, go to Preferences > Sync, and set it to None, and then back to DropBox.

    Let us know how that works out.

    hi @ hayesk,
    thank you for your advise. There was a problem with the DropBox. It stuck on syncing. I quit it and it has updated after I turned it on again. Now both MB and iPhone sync across. Thank you :)
