Exchange License from Mac to Windows

I bought a Family package for MAC (I have 2 MACs). One of my Mac is dead, beyond repair, no Budget for a new one. So I am using a laptop PC running Windows 8.1
Can I migrate or Exchange or use my current MAC 1Password license into my Laptop PC?
