How to open Secure Notes attachments saved in plain text

What version of 1P are you using? How are you trying to open the attachment? What happens when you double click on the attachment in 1P? Do you get any error message?

I'd like you to send me all of this information in an email to support+forums@agilebits.com. Include a link to this forum thread so that we can connect the dots. You'll get back a message from our email system with a ticket ID. Feel free to post that ticket ID into this thread, it too will help us connect the dots.
- A Diagnostics Report from the device that's not letting you open the files. You can do this by following the instructions on this page.
- Information about other devices you're syncing with. What versions of 1Password are they running? What versions of OS X, iOS, Windows, etc..?
- How are you syncing these devices?
- Have you previously used any other syncing type? I.e. are you maybe using iCloud sync now, but used to sync via Dropbox?
- Are you able to view these attachments on any other device?
This will give us a really good start on determining what's going on, and how best to proceed.

Stephen, Rick: Here is a copy of the e-mail I replied with to Rick when I sent out my diagostic report earlier today.
Attached is the 1Password 4 Diagnostics Report generated at February 11, 2015 at 10:21 AM. Please include a short description of the problem so we can ensure we're looking for the correct issue.Hi Rick. Thank you for your prompt reply. I just downloaded 1Password this week onto my MacBook Pro on Yosemite 10.10.2, my iPad Air and iPhone 6 both running on IOS 8.1.3. I am syncing all three devices. I have only synced on iCloud. Syncing seems to work fine. The same trouble is apparent on all three devices. All txt attachments are identified by filename but when I open them I get a blank screen.

I wanted to check to make sure we received your diagnostics report email, but I couldn't find it when I searched for the email address associated with your forum account. After sending that email, did you receive a reply from the BitBot assistant?
