1password 5 missing fields

Hi, I have just upgraded from 1password5 from 3 on my mac. However, I notice that many of the fields from 1pw3 are not visible on the new version. When I look on my iphone I can see that they are there as saved form details.
How do I view all this data on the new version?

    Hi @Paul Hawkins,

    To add a little to the information from Stephen's link, in 1Password 5 for Mac you can click show web form details in the item details to see those fields.
