Folder visibility changes between websites

When I visit one website that requires a login and open 1Password Safari extension or 1Password Mini, my custom folders are displayed. If I visit another that requires a login, they are not.

What is happening here?

    Hi @Mister_Martyn2014,

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean about your custom folders being displayed (or not) in the extension/mini. When you open the extension, you should always see a Folders menu at the bottom, which shows the folders you've created in the 1Password app (assuming those folders contain items). Are you saying sometimes you don't see the Folders menu in the extension?

Or if I misunderstood, can you please give us some more details about what you're seeing/not seeing? Thanks!

In the first screenshot you can see I only see one folder.

In the second, what's available to me changes - I see all my folders. Surely this should be the same irrespective of which website I am on?

    Hi @Mister_Martyn2014 ,

Thanks so much for sharing those screenshots. It looks to me like you might have two different versions of 1Password mini installed, with slightly different versions of your database. Let's take a closer look at your system to see if we can figure out where things are getting tangled up.

I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:
    https://guides.agilebits.com/kb/1password4/en/topic/diagnostics-report#mac4

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number after you send in your email. Please post that number here so we can quickly track down the Report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Mister_Martyn2014,

Can you confirm that all matching Login items in the first image of your previous post are in the PDM folder that's only visible in the second image (without any matching items)? Matching Login items in 1Password mini don't appear under mini's Logins list and thanks to your report we now know this extends to them also being omitted from mini's Folders (including removing folders entirely when all items match).

I've added this new information to the open issue in our tracker. Thanks again for bringing it to our attention!
