I bought a licence for 1Password 4 the 26/12/2013 on your site.
I saw somewhere on your site that the upgrade to 1Password 5 is free.
However, when I go to upgrade Licence in your store, I'm told that the price to upgrade to 1Password 5 is $24.99

Maybe there is something I didn't see.
Can you explain me the process to upgrade my licence ?

    Hi @niglo,

    1Password 4 and 1Password 5 use the same license file, so all you need to do is install 1Password 5 on your Mac (and if necessary, add your license file to it). You definitely don't need to purchase an upgrade license, the upgrade is free.

    1Password 5 for Mac requires Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite). Assuming you already have that installed, open 1Password 4 and go to 1Password > Check for Updates in the menu bar. It should give you the option to install 1Password 5.

    Alternately, you can download 1Password 5 for Mac from our download site.

    I've resent your license information to your email. If you need to add your license file to 1Password 5, you'll find instructions to do that in the email. Hopefully you're all set, but just let us know if you have more questions about that! :)
