"Auto submit running" in menu bar

The gear icon keeps spinning in the menu bar next to 1Password Mini. It says "1Password Autosubmit running". Any idea what this is and why it's getting stuck

    Having done some digging in activity monitor and the Library, it's related to an AppleScript which is "1Password_autosubmit.scpt". So, where is this being used and what's preventing it from finishing?

    I force quit osascript in Activity Monitor and it fixed the issue. I see it run now and then it goes away. Thanks for your help!
