One of My Accounts out of 385 is Not Showing up on iOS Devices

Thanks in advance for help.

I recently discovered that one of my accounts is randomly missing from the list on my iOS devices. What is very strange is that:
1) My Mac (running latest version of 1Password 5) and both of my iOS devices (iPad and iPhone, also using latest version) show there are 385 total items in the sync
2) I find almost everything looks the same on the various instances, with the exception of one account named "BCN Visa Steve". Which shows up only on my Mac, but not on either of the iOS devices.
3) To confirm they are all syncing to the same database, I created a new account named "BCN Test" which shows up immediately on all 3 devices

So ... where is this other account, and/or why isn't it showing up? Is it hidden (ie it seems to be in the list of total items)?

I have attachments to share as needed.

    There is some key information you have not told us. How do you sync your 1P data between your Mac and your iOS devices?

    Hi @smitter,

    As Stephen_C says, knowing how you sync your data will help us get to the bottom of this! If you can include the version numbers of 1Password and your operating systems as well, that would help a lot.

    Hi Stephen & Megan, sorry for slow reply. I didn't get an email indicating that anyone had responded, so was waiting. Just decided to check back today.

    So I am synching using the Wifi Feature on version 5.1. As mentioned I have the latest version of 1Password installed on both my iPhone and iPad (version 5.2 is what I see in Settings).

    I am using Mac OSX Yosemite (10.10.1) and Mac iOS 8.1.3

    Ack, never mind, I've answered my own question.

    On the iOS version, main screen, you can choose to view "All Items" or "Logins". I must have been looking at "Logins" and thus was missing the other account which is actually a "Credit Card".

    So this is user error. Not sure if it's a usability issue or not, as I don't know if other users will make the same mistake. Perhaps it would be helpful if there was a indicator at the top of the "Logins" listing on iOS that said "showing 321 out of 386 items" or something like that. You have this level of messaging in the Desktop version as you can always see the "All Items (386)" in the left bar as well as "321 items sorted by Title" at the top just below Search.
