Purchased version converted to trial, no way to enter my license

1Password 5. Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.2

My Agile Web Store Single License 1Password 5 program suddenly stated 'Trial Expired' after I purchased the software and have been using it over the past year. When I go to enter in my Key, it wants me to download a file which I don't have nor can I see how to retrieve. I sent for retrieval and got directions to:

Name: XXXXXX
Key: 1PW3-..........
Download: https://agilebits.com/downloads
Register: Select 1Password > License… and paste the above information.

This is what I attempted to do previously and doesn't work. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Stephen,

    The sticky was the first thing I tried. It says if I lost my license file to enter my email address. But, the email I get is with my Key, no way to download a file to update my license. I just spent $50 on this program, I definitely not spending another $50 after 12 months. If someone can assist me on how to get my license file, please let me know as the process in the sticky doesn't send me the file, just the key. Thanks.

    Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address when you purchased 1P;
    3. the approximate date you bought 1P;
    4. the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
    5. a link to this thread.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with the license! As long as you purchased your license from our website at some point in 2013 or later, you should have a license file for 1Password 5 for Mac and we can help you find that. I tried searching for your license in our system using the email address associated with your forum account but couldn't find anything, so I'm guessing you must have used a different email for your purchase. In that case, as Stephen suggested, please email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and include your name and the email address you used when you bought the license (and a link to this thread, so we can "connect the dots") and we should be able to get things straightened out for you.
