Trying to use upgrade option, where is Mac 4 version?

I am running Mavericks, so I downloaded 1Password 4 (I am not currently planning to upgrade to OS X 10.10 anytime soon).
When I clicked on "Buy", it asked for my old license to check for upgrade options. Problem is, the only version of 4 is for Windows, not Mac. What should I use? I need a license key for version 4 for Mac.

Please advise.

Versions 4 and 5 for Mac use the very same license file to register a user's copy, and the upgrade from version 4 to version 5 is free. So go ahead and buy a license for version 5. Then when you go to the Agileabits web page for downloads, here, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the link to download legacy versions, including the one you are looking for. As a bonus, should you ever decide to update your OS X copy to Yosemite, you'll be all set with a valid license to it too.

If you already have version 4 for Windows, you might be able to get a discount on the Mac version, as there is a Mac + Windows bundle.

    Hi @ajahn,

It looks like @danco and @hawkmoth have done a pretty great job of answering your questions already. (Thanks guys!) Just to confirm, we'd be happy to hook you up with a discount on a Mac license. Simply enter your existing Windows license key on our upgrade page to see your available discount.

If you have any further questions, please let us know - we're happy to help! :)
