Previous passwords used

I'm new to 1password. I've noticed that after generating a new password for a website, I can still get in manually using the old password. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi @imukie2,

    Now there may be some confusion of how powerful 1Password for iOS is, it all depends on the steps you're taking. If you're assuming that simply generating a new password in 1Password for iOS when editing an item changes the password on the website in question then I'm afraid 1Password for iOS isn't quite that awesome. You would still need to log into the site and follow the steps to change the password on their site (of which each can have a unique way of handling it).

    If you're following another set of steps and I'm mistaken it might help us if you can describe what you're doing and observing so we can better understand.
