Hi @BigDaddyR1981,
I've removed your email address as you maybe don't want that being made public.
I've checked our records and I find an entry from 2011 for our Mac & Windows bundle. Now if that is the purchase you made then that would have been for 1Password 3 which uses a licence key. When we released 1Password 4 in 2013 it was a paid upgrade from the previous versions. Now 1Password 5 is a free update for any 1Password 4 customer but unless you purchased 1Password 4 under a different name and email address it would seem may not have a 1Password 4 or 5 licence?
If that would seem to fit with your memories then you would need to purchase 1Password 5 of which you have two options.
- Our Agile Web Store (AWS). You can purchase 1Password 5 at a discounted price for being a past customer. You would use your 1Password 3 licence key to do so when purchasing.
- Apple's Mac App Store (MAS). If iCloud Sync support is important to you then you would need to purchase via the App Store on your Mac. Only applications from Apple's stores can access the required frameworks. Sadly we can't offer existing users a discount because the App Store has no such feature.
If you know you have a 1Password 4 or 5 licence then we need to determine where you purchased it from and help sort that out. If you can let us know and we can proceed from there.
