Migrating from 3.8.22 to 5 ---won't work
I downloaded version 5 and I can not get it to even see the vault from 3.8 to move the data across. I have read numerous support answers and for instance it says to open your vault. I do not see that as an option anywhere and see I can see all of my vault data I assume it is open/unlocked. I have spent hours on this and am getting very frustrated.
Please HELP

Never mind the upgrade to 5.1 fixed the issue

Well I'm glad to hear everything has resolved itself but sorry to hear it didn't all run smoothly from the get go though. Fingers crossed that's the end of the gremlins :smile:
