Synchronising keyholder passwords

In my Keyholderentrance (dutchtranslation) are all my passwords and user name's.
I have only the app 1Password for the Iphone.
Is it possible to synchronize or download or what ever the from the I-mac to the Iphone?

Yes, you can sync your 1Password data from your Mac to your iPhone. We offer iCloud (exclusive to Mac App Store version of 1Password), Dropbox, and/or the local Wi-Fi sync.
