Hello
I have problem with 2 macs in my home, in Sync options is available only Dropbox and Folders settings, iCloud is not visible at all.
iCloud Drive activated on both Macs, 1passwords in latest versions, both OS is Yosemite with latest updates.
Another strange behaviour is that I cannot see Documents & Data settings in iCoud options. Any idea how to fix it and restore iCloud Sync for 1password ?

Do you have the App Store version, or the version from AgileBits web store?

iCloud sync is only available in the App Store version.

If you have the web store version, and really want iCloud sync, you can get a refund if you bought within the last 30 days. Otherwise you will just have to pay again.

But many people just use Dropbox, it works well and has some advantages over iCloud.

    Hi @fafalb,

As danco mentioned, iCloud Sync is exclusive to the Mac App Store version of 1Password, it is not available in the website version of 1Password.

Can you tell us where and when you bought 1Password from?

It was bought with Parallels Desktop Bundle 1 year ago ... without this knowledge :(

Nobody had that knowledge at the time you bought. Apple removed iCloud sync for items not bought from the App Store shortly before release of Yosemite/iOS8. Agile did warn people in several places that iCloud sync, while available in 1PW4, was not guaranteed to continue to work as Apple might withdraw the option at any point.

    Hi @rafalb,

Sorry it isn't better news and trust me, we didn't want to have this happen. You have two options at this point.

    1. You still have access to Dropbox, Wi-Fi and Folder Sync depending on what you want to sync and whether you have opposition towards Dropbox as a cloud sync service.
    2. If you feel strongly enough about iCloud it does require the repurchase of 1Password for Mac from Apple's Mac App Store (MAS). Unfortunately we can't help with the price as there isn't a way to offer existing customers a discount - the functionality simply isn't present. We do offer 1Password on sale every so often and you can hear about when via Twitter or Facebook.

If you want any help setting up sync using one of the methods available in our Agile Web Store (AWS) version let us know.
