    Insufficient information. Please tell us:

    1. what version of 1P you are using on your Mac (go to 1P > About 1Password and tell us exactly what it says there);
    2. what browser you are using and the version number of the 1P browser extension;
    3. what Amazon URL you are using.

    Hi @rvahenry,

    So a couple of points I'd like to make.

    1. In most general cases you may find that following the Saving a Login Manually guide helps create a Login item that works.
    2. This does depend on what you mean by auto fill though. We won't automatically fill in a login page, you have to instruct 1Password to do so. Auto filling fields is considered a security faux pas so it's much better if it's only done on the instruction of the user.

    If neither covers your situation then we'll definitely need some of the details Stephen_C has asked for to better understand your situation.
