Mac App Store Version vs. Web Store Version

I purchased 1password several years ago. How can I tell if I have the Web Store Version or the Mac Store Version. Also, after the initial purchase we upgraded to family.

    If you're using a family licence it sounds as though you purchased from the AgileBits store. If you go to 1P > About 1Password what exactly does it say there?

    Hi @scoberle,

    Well I can find a record for a family bundle purchase in 2013 for you. Now that doesn't mean you may not have purchased from Apple's Mac App Store (MAS) too at some point but you definitely have an Agile Web Store (AWS) licence that covers you all the way up to 1Password 5.

    To know what version you're running though if you do as Stephen_C instructed. In there you should find it will say either Agile Web Store for us or Mac App Store for MAS. That's the conclusive move.

    Once you know that I suspect it will lead to further questions so do feel free to ask :smile:
