Moved to new computer

I just purchased a new Mac and went to load 1password but it is try to charge me again. I had it on the last computer which is now wiped. How do I get 1password on new computer without paying for it again?

    Hi @ronewer,

    The first thing to do is determine where you purchased 1Password from.

    1. You could have purchased it directly from us in our Agile Web Store (AWS). If you did you should have received an email from us at the time with details about your licence. If you did purchase from us you would download it form our AgileBits Download page and you can have your licence resent to you from our AgileBits Support page.
    2. You could have purchased it from Apple's Mac App Store (MAS). If you did 1Password should be in the Purchases tab of the App Store application on your Mac. You will need to be logged into the App Store using the same Apple ID that you used at the time of purchase. In the Purchases tab there should be a download or install button opposite where it says 1Password and that's all you need to do to download.

    Certainly you shouldn't need to pay for it again, it's just a matter of identifying where you purchased it from. Let us know how you get along.
