1Password 5.0.2 doesn't work on Mac

Hi everyone... I'm new here. I tried to contact 1Password support service but it seems that the forum is the only way to get some help.
So I've a pretty big problem, my app for Mac doesn't open and I keep getting the same message all the time.

“1Password.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “1Password.app” and download it again from the App Store.

Anyone knows how to fix it?

    Please try this:

    1. Drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to delete files you need to keep).
    2. Empty the trash and reboot.
    3. Re-download and re-install 1P.
