My Mac 1 Password and Iphone 1 Password are not synching -

Is there anyway to get phone help? I am beyond frustrated.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing 1Password between your Mac and iPhone!     This might be a simple issue that we can help you fix quickly via these forums. Would you be able to give us some more details about the sync problem you're experiencing? It will help us if you can let us know the following details:

    • What devices/computers are you trying to sync with 1Password?
    • What version of 1Password are you using on each device/computer?
    • How are you trying to sync your data (Dropbox, iCloud, Wi-Fi Sync)?
    • Are you having the sync problem on all devices/computers?
    • What device/computer has your most up-to-date 1Password information?
    • What happens when you try to sync/set up sync?
    • Do you receive any error messages? If so, what do they say?

    Once we know the above information, we should have a much better idea of how to troubleshoot the problem and get things working again. Thanks!
