Purchased 1password web version and had to purchase another version through the iTunes app store
I had to purchase the iTunes app store version of 1password so that I could sync with my iCloud. I already purchased the web version. I can't find a phone number or email or chat to contact to request a reimbursement of my web version purchase. Please advise. Thank you.

I was able to find your recent purchase in our system by searching for the email address associated with your forum account. I processed the refund, and you should see that reflected in your account soon.

Will the AppStore/Migrating approach described work if the Mac still has 1Password 4 from the website? In other words, will the procedure and newer version of the app pull all my data from 1Password v4?

Yes, 1Password 4 and 5 are identical versions with 5th version made specifically for Yosemite. 1Password 5 even use the same 1Password 4 folder names, and in terms of the data format, it is exactly the same.
