Don't Want
I really didn't want to create an account - or post on a form, or have a drag on my time, but here we are.
I require to be able to sync through iCloud - I purchased through your site. It would seem from my research (I didn't want to devote time to) that I need to request a refund - and purchase 1 Pass from the app store.
I was unable to find an email address for support and the contact page didn't actually offer the ability to contact you. So, this is my request for a refund of the app I'm going to assume that it's going to be honored. I will delete the app and purchase it a second time, through the app store. If my request isn't honored I'll just dislike you for a long time.
Thanks ( I didn't want to say that),
John

Hi John ( @Johnoieoiwerop[ewr ),
I apologize for the frustration here! At this time, forums are the quickest way to get in touch with our team. We use our discussion forums as our first line of customer communication for a few reasons:
- They allow us to communicate with multiple customers at once, which can help us troubleshoot more quickly and notify people efficiently when bugs are squished.
- They allow customers to search for answers. Often, you'll find that your question has been answered before you have to take the time to write it out!
- They allow you to get support more quickly. Our forum community is awesome and always ready to help, and the AgileBits team is monitoring the forums 7 days a week to ensure your question is answered quickly!
Now, if you have purchased 1Password within the last 30 days, we're more than happy to honour our 30-day guarantee and refund your purchase so that you can purchase from the Mac App Store to take advantage of iCloud sync. Could you please send me a private message with your full name and email address that you used to purchase 1Password so I can look up your license information in our back office records?
Thanks for your patience as we track these details down. :)
