Due to error message purchased 2nd license...

I purchased a 2nd license when 1password started showing I needed to buy the full version/upgrade. When I questioned myself because I was so sure I had already paid 1x. When I went ahead and purchased a new license (it was not functioning right so I obeyed the error messages and paid 49.99 for it. It then took me to a page that showed I had indeed already purchased in 2013 and after further research I saw I did not need to do that. I would like to please request how to get a refund for the 2nd purchase.

    Send a help request to support+license@agilebits.com with the purchase details and email address used for that purchase. Including a link to this topic please.

    I have just issued you a full refund for the amount of your second purchase. Please give it a few days to appear on your account. :)

    I was skeptical about trying to reach you guys this way with an issue like a refund. It felt frustrating to not have a specific e-mail or phone number. I have to admit I am very pleased at this quick response and resolution. Thanks so much, it definitely has boosted my confidence in the method you guys use to communicate. (I would still love to see the other added also ;) )
