Save new Login and nothing happens

Hi everyhone,

The following URL: https://download.ethz.ch/cgi-bin/non_aai_login.cgi

When I try to manually save this login (like illustrated at https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-mac-kb/5/en/topic/saving-a-login-manually?q=save+new+login), nothing happens after I click "Save new Login". Is it a bug? Or is there a workarround?

1Password 5 (510035), OS X Yosemite 10.10.2

Hi @EasyNT,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. Could you let us know which browser you're using to save the Login? I've just tested here in Safari and the 'save new Login' dialogue box pops up correctly after I select 'Save new Login' from Mini's list.

Hi @EasyNT,

I just tried this as well in Safari 8.0.3, and it worked for me when I clicked the Save new Login option. I'm using the latest beta version of our extension, so I wonder if that makes a difference? If you're not already using the beta extension, you can follow these steps to install it:

• Open the following link in Safari: https://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions
• Click the link for Enable betas (underneath the Install button)
• Click the big green Install button and follow any additional steps

Now try again to manually save a Login for that site. Does it work this time? Let us know how it goes, thanks!
