Just bought 1Password, it doesn't work [Resolved via email]
HI I JUST BOUGHT 1PASSWORD, I HAD THE TRIAL VERSION, PAID $50 AND NOW IT DOESN'T WORK. I NEED TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNTS. SPENT LAST HALF HOUR LOOKING FOR SUPPORT AND NOW HAVE HAD TO CREATE ACCOUNT TO SIGN UP FOR FOURMS. COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW DO I GET MY PASSWORDS? AND ALSO A REFUND.

It would help if you said in what way 1PW is not working. There should not be any problems of that kind.
The Agile people will be along, and you can certainly get a refund. But if you can't access your passwords, they need more info to be able to solve that problem.

It would also be very helpful to know from where you bought 1P (the Mac App Store or the AgileBits store). You refer to running previously the "trial version" so you must have obtained that from the AgileBits store (there is no trial version from the Mac App Store). Did you also buy your version of 1P from the AgileBits store?
The significance of the question is this. AgileBits can refund you (if that's what you really want) if you bought within the past 30 days from the AgileBits store. However, if you bought from the Mac App Store you have ask Apple for a refund as AgileBits has no control over the Mac App Store.
Do you already have some data saved in 1P (perhaps from the trial version)? If you can explain exactly what the problem is we can help you obtain access to that so that it won't go to waste.

I would assume that your experience with the trial version was a good one, or you wouldn't have paid for that license. If you'll tell us what you mean by "it doesn't work," maybe we can help you fix that so that you can use your license, rather that asking for the refund. Your choice, of course.
It also would help us to read your posts if you turn off the caps lock.

What are you trying to do in 1Password, what are the exact steps you're taking to do it, and what happens instead? If you get any error messages, what do they say? Thanks everyone. I was just annoyed I couldn't find the information I needed and not being able to access my accounts. I replied to the support address from agilebites where I purchased the licence with the screenshots of the crash error message. Support provided instructions on fixing it (uninstall and install again). I did install it again originally, but missed the step of uninstalling it before doing fresh install. All fixed.
I bought it from agilebites store.
Thanks again. It would be helpful to have support contact easier to find. Sorry to bother.
