May have purchased too many licenses

I made a purchase to upgrade a license key (which I thought was a family license key for 1password v4 for mac) to upgrade to v5 today. After the purchase, looking at the registered licenses for my account, i see two licenses, a single 1password v5 for mac as well as the family key upgraded to v5. Did we make an unnecessary purchase here? (My account is the same email as my forum account.)

    1Password 5 is a free update to 1Password 4, which is also a free update to any customers that bought 1Password 3 after 2013. We also made single-user license a family license as well, so no separate purchase is needed for the family anymore.

    I've issued you the refund on the second purchase, you should get the credit in a few business days. Please let us know if it went through or not in a week. If not, please email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com with your purchase information, add a note that I've already issued you the refund, and we'll follow up to see what's going on.
