    Hi @nztas1 ,

Have you tried Saving a New Login Manually? I've just tested here, and a freshly saved Login seems to behave correctly. Please let me know if you're seeing something different. :)

    Hi @nztas1,

Do you mean that none of your Login items are working at all? What happens when you select a Login from the 1Password extension, or when you use the ⌘\ keyboard shortcut from your web browser?

If none of your Logins are working, can I ask how you created those Login items in the first place? Did you save via the 1Password extension, or did you create new Login items within the main 1Password app and manually enter all the information that way?

    Hi @nztas1,

That most likely explains the problems you're running into with your Login items. In order to fill your login info on some sites, 1Password needs to know information about the fields for the login form. When you save a Login from the 1Password extension in your browser, it saves that information as "web form details" in the Login item. My guess is that the file you imported didn't have that sort of information.

For many sites, having your information in the username, password, and website fields of a Login item is enough for the 1Password extension to fill the login form, so it's very possible this won't be a problem for all of your Logins. But for those that aren't filling correctly, manually saving a new Login should solve the problem.

If you need more help with that, please let us know!
