Hi @mikenjojo,
We might need a little more information to go on. When you follow our guide, Adding a license to 1Password at what point does it fail and what do you observe when it happens?
Once we have a better idea we can help you out

Hi littlebobbytables,
My problem is when I open up 1Password on my wife's computer, it tells me that the trial has expired. When I click on 1Password, then License, it tells me there also that the trial has expired.
When I follow the instructions from the link you gave me on my computer and click on License - it shows me my license and tells me at the bottom that I may use it on as many computers as needed....

If you have the license file handy, just copy it (any way that suits you) to your wife's computer, and then add the license in the standard way.
Or you can download the license file from AgileBits using your address but her machine.

Hi @mikenjojo,
Let me know if I'm correct in my hunch. Is the part that is tripping you up at the moment that you believe the licence is applied automatically to each instance of 1Password that you have installed? I get the feeling that might be it?
The copy of 1Password you download from out site is a trial version. When you 'install' the licence this information is held within your user account so 1Password knows not to ask again. Another machine, even another user account won't have access to that piece of information. That doesn't mean you're licensed for any fewer computers, as @danco has said, if you add the licence to this machine like you did your own it should tell you it is now licensed.
Now if you're saying on your wife's machine that viewing the licence window says you're covered yet 1Password is still saying the trial has expired, well that is definitely not right. Either way let us know and we can continue the troubleshooting if needed.

Hey Guys....I got it going now. I saved my license to a zip drive and transferred it to my wife's computer that way. It is now up and running well on her computer and the trial is expired is gone...
Thanks for your help...You guys are awesome...

It's been quite a few years since I enountered a Zip drive!

I always wanted one because they were so much more impressive than 3.5" disks. Now a £40 pen drive is 340 times the size of the first hard drive I owned and who knows how much faster. Got to love that it's still ticking though.
