Bought 1P5 by mistake

I'm helping a friend set up his new Mac and he already has a license for 1p4. He just told me he upgraded to 1P5. Only problem is he's still on Mavericks and will be there for a while. Is there any way he can get a refund?

    Yes, however how he can get the refund depends on where he bought 1Password.

    If he bought it at our web store, please have him send his purchase information to us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and we'll help him.

    If he bought it at Apple's Mac App Store, he has to contact their iTunes support team here: https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ for the refund.
