Trying to find a way to change my email address. The one on file with AgileBits no longer exists and I need to change it so that I can ask about license key recovery. I thought I had purchased version 5 for the MAC and Windows but cannot find an email from you and 1Password now says it has expired.

    Do you know the email address you used to make your purchase, even if it no longer exists? I'm guessing that you don't know the password you would have received to access the customer care center for your account, if you can't find the email message with your license.

    In this case, send email to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Include that email address you used when you made your buy, your full name and address as you gave it when you bought your license, the approximate date you bought it (if you can remember), and include a link to this thread.

    You'll receive an automated reply that includes a support ticket number. You can probably help the AgileBits staff connect your request of you post that ticket number back here when it arrives.
